We are all bombarded by various narratives about issues in our daily lives. In the midst of this, we develop our narratives about issues. This is how the world programs us to think a certain way. Our narrative then becomes our way of conducting our lives. My narrative may be different from yours nd may even be contrary to yours. We are both right in our way, in our own eyes. However, being right in my way of thinking may not be based on truth but on lies. For us, it is the truth, but to someone else with a different narrative, it is a lie. This is what leads to conflicts in relationships. We try to defend our narrative because we think our narrative is right. Our narrative may be based on facts, but it may not be the truth.
We need a framework on which to base our narrative. If there is no framework, we develop our own framework through knowledge and experience. The problem with this is that our experiences are personal to us. There is no common framework. However , if the word of God is our framework than we can base our experiences against this.
