The Kingdom of God is within you. The King resides in you. God’s address is in you. You therefore have all the resources of heaven to grow His Kingdom within you. The more you grow, the greater will be your influence around you. The shift of focus needs to be from out there to in you. As long as your attention is focused on things or people outside you to stimulate and grow you, you are more vulnerable to change and decay. The shift of focus must be from the outside to within you. This does not mean that you should stop looking to outside influences, but rather you must focus on God’s resources within you. This will enable you to grow strong and be an influence rather than be influenced. This is how the Kingdom of God will grow around you. Be an influencer for God. We all need to stand on our own two feet, but also be part of His body. This way, we will all do our part in being His body on earth.
